Wouldn't except military discount in person, only if you registered online. Tv not working, men were working on roof, disrupting cable. Carpet and couch stained. After driving 500 miles we wanted to watch NCAA basketball games and relax. It's 7pm and still no TV.

Booked a suite online but when we got there, they only had regular rooms. Why book online if you can't get the room you wanted? Not enough towels so we had to ask for more. Weird stains on the bed covers. Door rattled every time someone else closed their door in the hallway. Shower didn't function well and made a horrible screaming noise until the pressure came about a minute later. Chair seat was worn and super cracked. TV remote was very greasy. Toilet didn't flush all the way. The pool literally gave rashes from too much chlorine. All this for $210 for one night. Not worth it. Would rate zero stars, but the customer service was decent so they get one star. Avoid and book with one of the other hotels nearby.

Phoned hotel at midnight to book two rooms, took 30 minutes just to reserve a room. Arrived at the hotel at 4am to be greeted by one of the rudest lady. Get in the room and its not only dirty but the sink doesn't drain, the furniture is torn and the vents in the bathroom are filthy. During my check out experience I asked to talk to someone about my $200 a night rooms and was again greeted with an attitude. Theres a lot of choices in hotels around this area, if I were you I would avoid this one. Staff is untrained and unable to assist with clients. Something you dont normally experience at a Holiday Inn Express.
*Update* Now I see why your staff is so rude, management must be terrible as well. You should work on training your staff, inspecting what they do and maybe you'll be successful one day.
Had nothing to do with my budget, I didn't have one. What I do expect is a clean room and a staff that isn't rude.
