        We have been with Rhodes Agency since early 90s when Prestons parents ran the business. NEVER had any issues with claims while they ran the agency. Fast forward 20+ years when Preston took over. Several damaging storms, one being a tornado have come through our neighborhood containing damaging hail. Most in my neighborhood, along with neighbors on both sides of me and across the street have had hail damage and there insurance agencies agreed to roof replacements. Several roofing contractors have been on my roof and said definitely hail damage. A couple of the roofing contractors (at different times) even went on the roof with the ALLSTATE inspectors, and the ALLSTATE inspectors agreed with the roofers there was significant hail damage. I find it odd the reports were sent to ALLSTATES claims department continues to say its the age of the roof. The report came back no damage. Must have something to do with my 500.00 deductible they no longer offer!

      Mrs. West, I apologize for your claims experience. As an agent, I always try to do what is best for my clients just as my parents did when they owned the agency. Unfortunately, the claims side of Allstate is somewhat out of my hands. I remember this claim and I remember contacting the claims department on your behalf and trying to get a better resolution for you, however I know it was not the end result that you wanted. I appreciate you being with our agency for some many years, and I hope that we can continue to provide you with the same level of care that you have grown accustomed to for so many years from my parents.
