Customer service has always been great! However the cost has not always been favorable and continues to increase. I have not had an accident in years..There was a time that the longer you have insurance, the older you get, no accidents; your rates go down, not increase. Even if I hadnt used what Ive paid in, why not give some of the money back? An incentive or something? Because wheres the money going when Im not using it? It isnt fair no matter how you look at it. If I had several accidents, Id get my moneys worth but I wouldnt possess a good driving record. No matter how you look at it its unfair. What do I get for the product I purchase every month? At least if I go to a store and purchase an overpriced item, I still have the physical evidence of what I purchased. And because its required by law to have, even though the price increase, you make the choice to have insurance or eat/have lights/etc. Its absolutely ridiculous.
