        I filed a claim five days ago and still haven't had an adjuster call me. I've made three phone calls and left voice-mail messages and another office has sent them an email on my behalf and still no call. Everytime I call they ask for my claim number. It's like do you kight have an ink pen to write it down? Everytime it rains the damage is getting worse on my roof and ceiling.
