        I booked a 3:30pm appointment for an oil change; It took 1.5 hrs. When I stated that an hour and half was unacceptable, the individual stated It's no different than a doctor's appointment. I beg your pardon! I've had a quicker turnaround in the emergency room! Save me the excuses and respect your customer's time!

        I called and made appointment and dropped off my car for an oil change and rotate/balance and alignment, and Firestone in Pelham, AL did a great job as usual in completing everything!

        CSM said the alignment machine is calibrated each quarter. Had wifi while waiting. Presented coupon, but receipt was sent to email (no hardcopy when requested). Saw invoice today - no coupon added - need to go back on this.
