Very friendly service! Made the appointment the night before, showed up at 8am, dropped off my car, told hem I'd be back after I went for my run. They called me quickly after they completed. When I showed up, they asked how my rin was? Will definitely be back.

The nice manager just checked my tires for air and filled them without pay! Id already tried to fill the tires at two different gas stations and one didnt work after I paid for it and the other one was very slow and I had to pay $4.50 and still couldnt get the tires filled to the recommended PSI. Thank you for your help, Firestone!!

The team at Weatherly Road is very straightforward, and they do not try to pile on services that I do not need. This time I was there for a rear brake repair. They did a courtesy inspection and found that my battery was nearing end of life which did not come as a surprise. Before they started the repairs, they called me and let me know how much the repair plus the battery would be and alerted me to a potential issue with the brake caliper (which turned out to be nothing). They repaired my brakes and replaced my battery and I am very happy with the work! I will continue to use them for my regular vehicle maintenance.

I started going to this location for reasons of proximity, but I appreciate the service there. Allen is helpful and friendly as always, and the young woman whose name I sadly can't remember who was also working on the customer service side was extremely helpful, friendly, and overall made for a delightful experience, despite the wait I'd anticipated when scheduling an appointment that late. I'll definitely be going there next time I need my car serviced.
