Firestone Complete Auto Care

I basically feel like I was charged for nothing. I feel like I was scammed and literally feel like nothing was really done. The receipt was not consistent with a full diagnostic nor was the stuff I paid for really put in my car. Having the same issues and was told the wrong gas was being used. Never was a problem before. I feel like I communicated the issue when I first arrived and that was never communicated to anyone else.

Giving stars for the technicians -- they probably deserve more. Rating low because that guy who often works in the front (receiving customers) -- he's heavy-set and wears glasses -- will upsell you without giving you options. He'll tell you we only have one thing (the most expensive option) or you need this done, but I've noticed he does this every time I come in. Please, just give me options and do the work to convince me the pricier option is the better option. I'll keep going to Firestone, just not this location. Thank you.

The representatives were friendly, helpful and they provided fast service without any hassle. They reduced my bill by giving me a discount that I didn't know that I could receive. Also, the hours of service to setup an appointment were idea for me (Sunday morning). I would definitely return as a customer and I would recommend others to do the same. Great job!
