Never have I experienced bad service. The Lady in the front desk was talking on her phone, which to me its unprofessional. When I went in the room first thing I checked was the bathroom. It was obvious the floors dont get swept because of the hairs that were on the floors. I tried taking a shower as I place the towel by the tub, I saw the towel was dirty. As you can see in the photo. So I assume either they cant wash their towels right or they reused the towels from the previous people that were in the room. As I got out of the shower I needed a towel to dry myself and saw there was pubic hairs on the towel, so I grabbed the spare towel and dirty with a red stain that seemed to be blood. Overall Im grossed out. They really to renovate this whole place.They dont even have an elevator. Ive been to red roof in another state. But this place, I would not come back to.
