The parking lot looked like a crack alley. There was a broken baseball bat laying on the ground. Empty beer and wine bottles were lying all around the parking areas. The room 231 was unacceptable. there were holes in the drywall, the toilet was inoperative, the furniture was vintage 1970's, the air conditioning unit had 18 inches of exposed electrical wiring laying on the floor that was taped and wirenutted togather. my wife checked in 1 hour prior to me and when I arrived I felt this place was unsafe and asked for a refund and was denied the refund by Nina on account my wife had already been in the room 1 hour. You are better off sleeping in your car. The Super * franchise and Wyndham Hotels should be ashamed. An email to Wyndham addressing this was not returned. I will contact the Lee County, Alabama Better Business Bureau to report this poor quality of service.
