AT&T Store

When I was having trouble with my auto prepaid because I had a new credit card and payment method credit card needed updated; I was helped immediately! I really appreciated the assistance and at 78 yrs old I like auto prepaid. I definitely will recommend the Ann Street location to my relatives and friends!

Policies that protect the customer are not easy to justify if they delay providing what the customer is asking. The staff at the Ann Street AT&T store were professional, courteous, and caring within the limits of the AT&Ts policies. They found a solution without sacrificing the security of our account. Well done Ann Street store staff; well done, indeed!

I dreaded the process of going into the ATT store to purchase a new phone. I anticipated a long wait and customer service agents that were so busy it would be impossible to get assistance with setting up my new phone. To my surprise, I was greeted at the door as I was getting out of my car. David provided impeccable, unmatched customer service. He assisted with choosing the right phone for me; providing its features, installed apps and even transferred my data. My visit was stress-free. The store is clean, the other agents were friendly and it had a very welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend the Ann Street location.
