        I wish I could give no stars. First the manager was rude and wouldnt even give her name . She told my husband to go to another store because he didnt want a screen protector or case . The promo is for $99 and the service is 65 so why is the total 250 even if it does include an activation fee which it shouldnt when doing a port in. I called back to ask for the manager name and the associate wouldnt give it and kept questioning me as to why I wanted her name. I been with metro for years and this is unacceptable.
