Employees have consistently been very unclear about price changes to our policy. They told us we would only be charged $10 to add an apple watch per month, which is just a lie (both neglecting to mention the activation fee and the monthly charge is way higher). We have also had similar issues in the past with this store. We are now looking into switching because of the unclear service.

Google says they close at 6 p.m. and I showed up at 5:40 and the doors were locked. No notes on the door about them closing early I tried calling and they hung up on me very unprofessional
