    This location has door-to-door salesman offering fiber home internet. We switched from Spectrum approximately a month ago and already regret it. Our internet has been down for two days, tomorrow will be three. I have been unable to get anyone in customer service on the phone and this location-that had no problem selling us the service, directly corresponding with techs to have it installed, and harassing us at every point of contact to buy more of their services-suddenly can't be bothered to help get our internet working or to attempt to figure out why it has gone down in the first place. You can help have it installed, but not fixed? THEN COME RE-INSTALL IT. Every point of contact defers any issue to someone else, I'm sure a company like this does that intentionally. AT&T's call center even had the AUDACITY to call to confirm our technician appointment-which they could not schedule for four days after the original outage- and when I asked if they could get someone out sooner, said they can only confirm the appointment and then started force feeding their sales pitch about AT&T phone service. That's exactly what I need-home internet AND a phone service that doesn't work. They make 8 calls within three hours to both me and my husband's phone to confirm and make sales, but I can't get through to anyone when I call customer support multiple times ?? What is actually happening??? We are literally being robbed-they take our payment and then don't provide the service we are paying for. Another wild part of this, is that when they had us install some app to manage the internet that I'm sure is stealing my data as I type this, was supposedly going to allow me to live chat with customer service in case of an issue. All I can get is a bot and whenever I try to "live chat" it just ends the conversation and starts me over. This has been going on FOR TWO DAYS. Unacceptable. The entire company budget is going towards making sales, but definitely not providing a halfway decent product. Posted from my ***VERIZON*** phone.
