Dollar Car Rental - Montgomery Regional Airport

Despite a confirmed reservation with Hertz, there was no car for me when I arrived. Erika from Dollar saved the day - she made an extra effort to find me a car and was friendly, pleasant, and an absolute pleasure to work with. She saved the day for me and Dollar is very lucky to have her! Thank you again, Erika!

Absolutely a scam/fraud... I returned my rental and got the final charge completing the contract. 5hrs later they hit and charged my credit card for a additional $400 for damage to the windshield so they say... No phone call or email to ask me anything just charged me even though there was no damage at time of return... They are thieves and there's no phone number to talk with anyone to make a complaint not even a corporate number where it would fall on deaf ears anyways. Stay away from this location if you don't want to have issues like this just read all the other reviews. I'll never come back here I'd rather walk...

I prepaid a rental reservation for 24 December (I get itXmas eve). I showed up around 3:30 pm (they were open till 7pm, which was confirmed when I called customer service), and no one was there. All the other rental agencies were, and all of them laughed and said how they always do this. Fire all employees and hire new staff!

Id give a 1/2 star if I could. Terrible rental company!!! Got stranded at the ATL airport because they ran out of cars. I requested a refund over a month ago and I keep getting the same storyits being processed and take 7-10 days. Dont trust them!!!
