      image I'm very upset I picked the rental up on Thursday returned it on Friday key in the drop box look at my bill they have charged me for 4 days I'm so frustrated and upset about this situation..I rent from Hertz all the time the customer service is great just really upset about being charged and the rental was returned on time and you can never speak to anyone at the pick up location...

      image This Establishment Is Awesome At What They Do. The Customer Service Is Fantastic, They Always Great You With A Smile And Always Have A Positive Attitude. I've Been To Other Car Rental Places Like Enterprise, And The Experience Is Nothing Like This. If You Are Looking For A Car Or SUV To Rent, This Is The Company For You And You'll Leave With A Smile On Your Face And A Really Good Deal On A Rental Vehicle.

      image Wesley should not have a job. Or front teeth. He just said, during our "recorded call" that he upcharged me because he could. Not because I asked for it or okayed it. Go somewhere else. Or just walk. It will be less stressful.
