My experience at the downtown Mobile location My experience at the downtown Mobile location, was horrible the guy that handled my first transaction was OK nothing to complain about but when I needed to speak to a banker, there wasnt one near , so Katie Boyington, who was very racist towards me and looking at the reviews I see shes been profiling other African-American bankers as well. This experience was so horrible for me. I will be closing my account this week once my transactions are done pending Ive never had a problem with Regions. Ive been with them since I open my account when I was 16 and one step closer to filing a bbb complaint of how horribly I was treated.

I was racially profiled at this bank on 3/16/23 by the branch manager Katy boyingtion! I was denied my funds and lied to multiple times on why I couldnt access my funds. Not only was she rude she hung up in my face 3 times when trying to speak with her and the staff. I have been a customer for almost 10 years and never experienced this problem at any branch! Its upsetting to know that a branch manager and teller will deny money based on how you look! I went to another bank in a predominantly black area and was able to access my funds with no questions asked or approvals! Will be pursing legal action !

Is there a working regions ATM anywhere in mobile? I waste more gas trying to find an ATM to make adeposit at.

would be so much easier if they just put the phone number to the local branch. had a simple question but had to fight through and automated system. I closed my account awhile back
