I sent over a few files that needed to be printed last Friday and called this morning( Monday) and the girl tells me they haven't printed them out or even looked at them. What's the point of sending something over if they aren't going to review the emails?!? She suggested I submit a print job. The short time my husband and I have been dealing with this place has been nothing but issues, lack of customer service, and they're just totally clueless. This store definitely can be improved in so many ways. I don't mind traveling a few minutes further to go to the Madison Blvd location because Chris has shown me the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE both times I've had prints done without the hassle and he's pretty efficient as well! THANKS CHRIS!!

I went in tonight at 6:28 pm to mail a simple package. There were two employees and another customer in the store. I was told I couldnt mail my package because UPS had already picked up for the day and they wouldnt do another until Tuesday or Wednesday.. but that I could come back tomorrow. I asked what the difference was if the package still wasnt going to go out.. after dealing with an overall less than helpful (although honest) employee.. I finally asked is it because yall are about to close?. He answered yes, maam. So in the time we had this exchange and his unwillingness to help, my package couldve been taken care of. I understand they were about to close but when I walked up and there was another customer, 2 employees and doors were unlocked, the refusal to assist was an absolute insult. Ill use another store going forward.
