      image Had to return an item cause Amazon sold me a defective item but wouldn't give me a replacement and I needed to send back the defective item. Fine with me cause Amazon gave me a QR code that UPS was able to scan, print the shipping label and packed the item for the return of shipping. Very fast process. In and out.

      Hi Harvest Smith. I had spoke to you yesterday after playing phone tag, stating that the 2nd Day Air AM service is not an option for the area that you were sending to and the only option was 2nd Day Air Saturday delivery. I apologize that the associate didn't explain the Guaranteed Service Request is only available for Next Day Air Services and 2nd Day Air AM which means this shipment will not be covered under the Guaranteed Service Refund since the area didn't provide that service. I explained that I would submit the request anyway but I had to wait until the package actually got delivered but there was a good chance that it would not be approved. You will be hearing from me today as promised in our conversation from yesterday. Thank you. Christine Quaintance (manager)
