        Wouldnt even give a 1 if I didnt have to!!!! Their automated system you have to talk to isnt worth the hot air coming out of my mouth. Despise having to talk to a computer that can never get the tracking number right nor connect you with a love person!

        My experience with UPS in Enterprise Alabama is horrible. Yesterday I was waiting for a package. I was home when UPS came by. Unfortunately they didn't knock and must have assumed I wasn't here. They left a sticker on the door and now I have to find someone to take me to their drop-off point to pick it up due to their lack of trying to deliver. I would have heard if they had knocked. I do not recommend the UPS service in Enterprise Alabama.
