I went to get fingerprints done today and Rosa had an attitude from the beginning. I walked in and let her know I was there for fingerprinting and she asked me for two forms of ID. I gave her my Drivers license and my military installment ID. She looked at me and said "Whats this?" with an attitude. I explained to her that it is my military installment photo ID to back up the license. She tossed it on the table and proceeded to reprimand me telling me that she is a military wife and THAT is not a military ID. I told her that I didn't say that it was, I explained that it was an Identification from Redstone Arsenal with their insignia on it for their installation. She kept on and on about how it was not a military ID, and refused it. She said it had to be state issued. I explained that my credit card was not state issued, she ignored that. I pulled up my apple card as another form of ID and she refused that as well even though both of these forms were clearly listed on the ID accepted list. I had to go dig in my car to find something else. She was very argumentative and hard to work with. I will never use this establishment again and will spread the word about this experience. I have already reported it to FieldPrint.

A very detail complaint Mrs. Lindsey, but not 100% honest.Yes, you came into NLP&S establishment for your fingerprint appointment and yes, I asked you for 2 forms of ID per FildPrint requirement, as you mentioned you presented you AL driver's license and a spouse ID from Red Stone Arcenal. Yes, I did ask you what ID that was? and you said, “my military ID” and I did say that was not a military ID! You then pulled the FieldPrint secondary ID list stating that military ID was listed there and once again I said that the secondary form of ID you presented was not a spouse military ID. You suggested for me to use your ID under School ID with photo, and I told you I couldn’t do that. I then asked you if you had any of the other forms of ID’s listed on the secondary list and you said your apple pay credit card and I said that would work. You showed me your phone and I said the credit card needs to be present. You then got upset and left the store to go to your car to find your physical apple credit card and bring it in. After that we proceeded to finger printing and completed the appointment. It was not until then that I told you I am a veteran wife and that I have a spouse military card. You then said “I am sorry if I offended you” I said no need to be sorry!You asked for my name and if I was the owner of the business, I gave you my name and told you “Yes, I am the business owner.” After you left the store, I contacted FildPrint to report the incident as we follow all their rules and regulations. Once, I explain the situation of your secondary ID and not been on their secondary list; they said the best thing to do in those cases is for the customer to call FildPrint for approval.At the end of the day our goal is for every customer to walk into the store to have a good experience and not to feel unappreciated or welcome.Hope you enjoy the rest of your day,NLP&S
