      image I asked for a piece of tape to just finish off a package and you said I can buy a $5 roll. I said no thanks. You then said, just give me 50 cents and Ill take care of it. I went to my car, grabbed 50 cents and brought it to you. You reached under the counter and pulled out some scotch tape and slapped the piece on my package. Seriously, this was ridiculous. Its been over a week ago and Im still baffled that this really happened.

      I'm not sure you have the right store, since we do not keep any scotch tape under the counter, and only use packaging tape, since we are a packing and shipping store.

      image Dropped off 2 packages and they told us no guarantees they wouldn't get lost. Soooo maybe make that trip to the post office instead of here.

      We explain all our customers know that our store cannot scan a pre-labeled "drop off package " into the post office system. Only the mail carrier or the post office can do that. We provide this location as a place to drop off a USPS package but customers should know they are not scanned in by us, and therefore we cannot garantee the package for you. I am sorry if you misunderstood any info that was give to you .
