Huntsville Hospital Center for Medical Weight Loss

While the center provides a great service, the available times for appointments and meetings does not make it easy for a working person to attend regularly without changing their entire work schedule, which most people can't do. Even offering a couple evening classes or a weekend once a month could make a huge difference.

Out of all the programs that I have experienced, this was the first one that did a complete holistic approach of mind, body, and behaviors. I really liked having a team of professionals with me through the program helping me as I progressed. I also liked that weight loss was not the main focus since following the program you will lose the weight (Scientific fact). The focus is more toward - once the weight is off, having been given the tools to keep it off. The caring staff is always ready and willing to assist each person if reaching their goals to improve the quality of life. I would have never guessed that I would no longer require any prescription medications due to the changes I have gone through. So yes I have gone through the program and I have lost 80 pounds and reached my target weight. I know that it works. It will make a HUGE change in your life for the better.
