I had the pleasure of being assisted by Pam during my first visit at this clinic. Her warmth, knowledge, and genuine care made my experience exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic !

Tried them starting September 23, prescribed Phentermine which worked great the first month, tried it Sept-Oct-Nov but it wasn't being effective so I canceled my December appt three weeks in advance and took Dec-Jan off. February 2024 decided to give it another chance since work has calmed down I can better focus on diet and exercise. Noticed after my appt (which was a weigh in and handed pills) that I was charged 155 instead of 125. Called today and was told I had a cancelation fee, when I stated I had called in advance (call 12/5 to cancel appointment)I was told she doesn't see anything. After calling elsewhere in Huntsville it looks like the are charging alot more so have canceled next appt with them and will try a new place in Huntsville that is almost half the cost.
