This program has been such a game changer for me. My ultimate goal was to lose weight. However, I achieved that plus so much more! First, you eat real food. You never starve yourself. The coaches are there every step of the way. Caeli is so sweet but she will keep you accountable (what I need). Im walking out with more weight loss than I could imagine, no more headaches, no acid reflux, no bloating, and I could just keep going. My hormones are in check and I feel 100% better. If you are contemplating doing it, dont. Just do it and you will be forever grateful. It not a quick fix, so it requires some work on your part. But it is definitely a lifestyle change!

Finally, an easy way to lose weight that is sustainable! Motivating group meetings; individual daily coaching. A (clean eating!) grocery store food list and recipes that make it easy to know what to eat and how much, without counting calories and looking up every food. I feel so much better - no abdominal distress, and more energy, especially . Ive learned so many tips for healthier cooking and eating that will stay with me for life.

This program has been amazing! Im on day 23 and have already lost 21.8lbs! Caeli has been great and very supportive as my coach! I cant wait to see the final results after my 30 days is up! I had lots of doubts thinking I couldnt do it and I have! Thanks so much
