Worst place ever. DO NOT RENT HERE. We rented a truck here to move a few things and we only drove for 10 miles and dropped the truck back off about two hours later. We took a photo of the milage and gas and dropped the keys back off. We then got the initial charge of $41 dollars which was correct. Two days later we noticed an additional charge of $150 on our card. We called uhal and spoke with Kim and they basically said it's not their problem and they confirmed someone stole the keys and drove the truck around the city AFTER we already returned it. They stated all we could do was call their generic customer service number and talk with them. We called the number that they provided and it led to some sort of Medicare insurance application. We ended up just googling the number and spoke with Zaria. She did absolutely nothing to help and said she would pass it along to a manager and accused us of theft.
Also just FYI they will say they don't have footage of people returning the keys to the drop box ( literally a mail slot in the door) honestly stupidest business practice on its own. We are going to dispute it but save your time and run away from this horrible place!
