U haul personnel were inexperienced on how to do paperwork. Didn't give me a physical copy of my contract and wanted me to connect the trailer myself. Guy looked at me like I was crazy when I told him that was his job. Once he did hook up the trailer he didn't even cross the chains claiming he's never done this before. Thank God I knew someone who knew how to properly hook up a trailer because if I didn't I wouldn't have been able to complete my move. Very poor service. Would never recommend.
