We love uhaul services but this place is a joke. My husband called and asked if they had a pickup truck available for today and the guy said yes several times... we get there and he has nothing on the lot, he just checks which locations have whatever you are looking for ON HIS PHONE! (Something we could've done ourselves and avoid the trip and waste of time) . Then he tells my husband he found a pickup truck available in another location but couldn't tell us prices until he filled out the form but he processed the transaction without even telling us the total or any details. My husband found out because he got an email confirmation and when he open it, the guy had rented a 15ft truck and processed the payment without previously confirming anything with us. We had to call dispatch to find out there were no pickup trucks in the whole north area available that weekend and this guy never bother on clearing that out.
