Terrible experience This place lies to make a profit. They have 0 transparency and wont take responsibility for their workers actions. We purchase a car for my mom on a Saturday from their used section. We found a car she liked but we notice the control for the sunroof was broken. We brought it to the sellers attention and he said they would fix it if we were to get it. We agreed before signing the paperwork we also brought it to the accountants attention and he said yes but we would have to work it out with the seller to make an appointment with their shop. we sing the papers. After giving us the car to take home the seller said to send him a text to set the appointment with the shop to bring the car. Monday I text no answer. I call Tuesday to the dealership to find out the seller isnt working with them anymore and the manager would have to take care of it but he was in vacation. Long story short first they told me to take it to the VW dealership to get it fixed (paid by who?). We finally get an Appointment drop the car at this dealership so they can take care of it. A week later no updates. I call and they said the car never made it to the VW dealership but they were trying to fix it. Almost 2 week in Im having to call every day to ask for any updates to which the only reply is we are waiting on parts. My mom went to the dealership tired of calling and getting empty answers for them to tell her they arent obligated to fix it and gave her the keys said if she want it she could take it. This is not a favor they are doing is something promised to a customer.

The experience was great my salesman Elester Ruth was very attentive to detail , made sure everything was well, and made me feel comfortable as my first time buying he sold my mom car as well previously which gives him a more bonus lol ! Buts he really great and thank you bill Penney and Elester for everything!!

Great experience purchasing our Toyota Highlander Hybrid Platinum from Bill Penney Toyota. Shout out to Gene Marquez for making everything go smoothly and quickly! However. Brent Jones in the finance sold us an extra service contract that we want to cancel, we have tried to contact him several times, but he doesn't seem to answer his emails or his phone. We are NOT happy about that!
[UPDATE: a service contract was added to our financing and due to the digital document signing process got overlooked. We have been trying to cancel that but trying to get in touch with anyone in the finance department is excruciatingly painful. I waited over an hour on hold only to be disconnected. I eventually left a message regarding this but have yet to hear back after nearly 2 weeks. Because of this experience, I have lowered my review to 1 star and do not recommend financing through Toyota. FWIW, their rates aren't as good as many local banks anyway.]
