Service department has to find a better way to handle customers. Appointments are typically to be seen the same day not given a 72 hour window of seeing their vehicles.

Got my second Jeep Wrangler from this dealership last week and its still the best dealership Ive worked with. Thank you all so much for the time and effort you put into helping me and my fiance. I cant recommend these guys enough.

Terrible customer service, not military friendly, and dismissive attitudes from management.

I called them asking about an issue related to warranty work since my vehicle was covered under warranty. I was met with someone who acted like I was wasting their time and didn't want to answer any of my questions in a calm manner. Any questions I tried to ask she talked over me and wouldn't let me talk, assuming she knew already what I was going to say. I told her I did not appreciate being talked down to and not being able to talk. As well as how rude she was being for no reason at all. Her response to me was "Well we are just talking in circle". That is not true because talking in circles requires me to be able ask a question which she continued to talk over. She then put me on speaker phone were another person was being just a rude. We were looking at trading our vehicle in and getting another Dodge but will not be doing it here. I would have chalked it up to a bad day they were having but not when it has happened twice and to my wife and I both. I'm seeing other reviews in which this has happened as well. Seems hit or miss but there attitudes make others wonder if it is worth dealing with the sales side of the house. I know on my end it is costing them business.
