    I would like to say that the branch manager and teller that open my account today were absolutely fantastic. Both young ladies were professional, understanding of my situation, and went above and beyond what they had to do to make sure I got the right account for my needs. I would recommend this branch location to anyone.

    This is one of the worst banks I have ever dealt with. There security system to keep your money safe is unrealiable I wrote a check For 175.50 to my insurance agent who took this check and turned it into a 1023.00 dollar Ach withdrawal from my account. Without my authorization All in credit union told me they have no safegourds to prevent this from happening at this point I am afraid to even write a checks any more or even use my debit card.

    This is the worst credit union I've ever used. Here are 3 primary issues: (1) Online Bill Pay payments frequently take more than 2 weeks to arrive at a payer, which has led to late fees on payment accounts. They refuse to take any responsibility for that. (2) If you have regular deposits and use online bill pay, you can't make your payments any earlier than the funds are available because their online bill pay system will just skip the payment and not tell you. (3) Worst of all is how they handle insurance on mortgages they service. My flood insurance payments are escrowed and paid by the credit union directly to the carrier. I've had the same insurance carriers for the 5 years that I've had the loan. This year, they sent a letter stating their was no flood policy and bought another one that I now have to deal with them to remove because they tack the insurance onto you loan balance. This is just the most egregious insurance issues I've had with them. I even use USAA for my insurance, which should be the easiest thing in the world for a credit union that serves military bases. When I was getting this loan, they were absolutely terrific, but as the servicer of this loan and as a deposit institution, they have been the worst I've ever used. Something changed around 2021 when they changed to the current name, and so far, none of it has been good.
