        This company will allow their costumers to use anyone as a point of contact without their authorization or conformation that they have done so. Imagine my surprise as they reached out to me telephonically. I explained that I have no business with them nor did I agree to be a POC. I requested not to be contacted any further and the employee called me rude hung up on me. I dialed them back to confirm that they would no longer call me and the second employee told me that this something that the customer decided. I explained that this was not with in their to rights to do nor was it with in their right to contact me concerning someone else's account.
