This bank and all avadian branches will not let u pay multiple months ahead on auto loans they have to put it in savings and withdraw it each month This is so STUPID. All other banks will let u pay up to 3 months in advance If i new this before hand would have chosen different bank So stay away folks

Whether you go to the branch on Main St or try doing anything by phone (Lord help you if you go this route) you cannot get anyone to help you with even simple transactions. You can be the only one in the lobby with four people behind the counter and you will still have to wait, even for an acknowledgement you are there! Good luck ever getting a real person on the phone. I have been dealing with banks for 40 years all across the country and this one is the worst by far. Time to move to another bank.
