Comfort Inn & Suites Mobile near Eastern Shore Centre

Rooms here are average relating to the age of the hotel and the location. We had a loose toilet seat, reported it to the front desk, but it was not fixed. We took a dime (don't normally carry a screwdriver with me while traveling) and fixed it myself. If you look in the corners or under the bed, you will definitely see dirt and lint, that's why we prefer the plank or tile flooring, it seems cleaner. Our shoes stick on the bathroom tile floor, not sure how the are cleaned, but didn't seem clean. The tile floor in the shower was installed incorrectly because water pooled on the shower floor in several places which created a super slick floor...thank goodness, there are shower bars. Overall an ok experience...the fresh baked cookies were a nice touch! These are cooked ever afternoon at about check in time!!

We have stopped here many times in years past, but we wont be anymore. First off, Im fairly certain I booked my room through their website and it must have redirected me through a 3rd party site because I wasnt able to make any changes and they said I had prepaid. I specifically try to avoid 3rd party sites like Priceline for this exact reason. Second, we will never stay at this location again. Our bathroom was gross, down to the dirty towel left on the floor, peeling paint and rusty door hinges. The carpet was really dirty and overall just had a grimy feel. We also came down at 6am to eat before getting on the road and breakfast was not ready yet so we just left.

The hotel and staff is very nice but it is starting to get too expensive to stay there.
