Worst branch of a bank in existence, rarely open on time, terrible customer relations, argue with a 8 year company and customer account holder like they're nobody, ATM don't work most of the time of if they do they steal your money and you have to wait a month to get reimbursed because they don't believe a computer can make mistakes, tried to draw out $7,000 once and they told me they only had $1000 cash in the vault.... seriously, update 1/10/22 the branch didn't open at 9am waited until 9:15 Friday then went to Trussville branch, today same thing waited at drive thru for 22 minutes past 9am and nothing, workers there wouldn't open had to go to Trussville again, went later to cash a company check and they refused to cash it, went to Trussville they immediately cashed it.

PNC will probably be the reason Google starts letting people post zero-star reviews.
I cannot wait to get the opportunity to go in with my husband so that we can close these accounts and never deal with this nightmare of an institution again. Why anyone chooses to stay with them is mystifying. I legitimately feel like they would have to physically assault people in order to be any worse than they already are. Just absolutely horrible. I can't wait to see what they require as identification in order to close your accounts... they don't seem to consider photo id's sufficient, so I'm expecting to be asked for a bone marrow sample and my genealogical chart going back to 1653. Fun times.

Once again unable to access money that is mine, due to stupid policies at PNC and this atrocity of a merger. Never once, in decades of bank accounts, across multiple states, have I been unable to cash a check, made out to me, with a photo id issued by the government. No, no, they also need a debit card.... which is EXTRA cute since the reason I don't have one is THEIR failure to issue me one. This is the worst bank I've ever heard of.
(And they don't care if you're unhappy. At all. Could not be less concerned. It's like suddenly Walmart is in charge of my money.)
