      image Ive had such a horrible banking experience since they lost Diana. Brian, the bank manager, will never call you back. Months of he will call you back or I call and get a hold of him and hell check back in a couple weeks. Its been 3+ months, Brian. 2 dings on my credit because the staff stated she didnt know what she was doing because shes a new hire.. and it was her first time doing this. Unacceptable when youre dealing with my financials and my credit. Such a horrible bank manager with poor communication skills. This location has drastically gone downhill.
