Had a car reservation for weeks and when I showed up they claimed they didnt have any cars available. I had to cancel my whole vacation because of them.

Fantastic staff friendly and professional

No selection. Many times have to wait because they havent cleaned new arrivals. Booking in advance helps but still may have to wait until a vehicle is cleaned for you.
