There should be a way to show a negative star rating. This company doesn't care about their horrible service. Oh wait, they did send an apology for the weed smoked car and the subsequent cigarette smoked up car by email. Uh, thanks? You can be better served by going anywhere else or not getting a car rental at all.

Had a car reservation for weeks and when I showed up they claimed they didnt have any cars available. I had to cancel my whole vacation because of them.

I am leaving one star because that is the lowest possible- would leave ZERO stars if I could. I went to pick up my car early but found a note in rainbow writing saying that NO CARS AVAILABLE & could get a refund by calling a 1-800 number. Apologies for inconvenience. Really? I then received a phone call at 1:44 pm saying that they didnt have any cars available- so my thought is what was the point in calling me? It was way past the time I was supposed to pick up - why bother?!? I was not offered a discount on future booking or incentive for the inconvenience- they do not take your travels seriously or care about customer service- awful experience! I went down the street to Enterprise and walked away fully satisfied in under 10 minutes & they gave us a discount for just coming to them! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY- do not use Budget in Anniston, AL!!!

I wouldn't even gave them one star but I couldnt leave a review without one this is one of the worse companies ever they need to either close down or find new employees that know what they are doing and not cuss at their customers or act like they are reaching for a weapon!! I will be calling tomorrow to make a complaint!!
