Fox Tire

I wasnt looking forward to going to Fox for tires, knowing that it is such a busy place. And I hate buying tires from someone I don't know. It's a personal trust thing. Well, it was a perfect experience! Nice sales guy. Really nice tire techs. And I wasn't there that long. Oddly, I ended up having to go back next day to remedy something. Long story... They could have put me through the ringer. Quite honestly, the desk guy that day didn't give me the warm and fuzziness, either. He was abrupt and matter of fact... my guess is that everyone who has a tire problem tries to blame them.... Well problem was solved for no charge. And desk guy turned out to be OK. I would go there again.

I needed new tires. So I decided to go looking around to see where I would go. I didnt need new tires. I just needed used ones to complement the only good one. They got me in and out. Very good service. Good employees. No complaints. Call ahead if you have questions. Doesnt hurt.

Wonderful kind staff, put on my spare tire free of charge and it made an awful day so much better. Glad to know there are still businesses like this out there, I will be telling everyone how wonderful they are. Thank you thank you thank you!!
