        Incapable of scheduling appts. I see I am not alone by other reviews on here. Went to appt today and was told they had no record of it and that I must have called the "call center". I see similar reviews are a year old so they have not fixed this or made any attempt to. Can't risk this happening again with limited time I have to get in for appts like this. As a long time customer, it's disappointing to have to go to another shop for inspections going forward.

        Well the first one I ended up finding out there was more wrong with my car so that was upsetting.The 2nd was because it was on the higher end price wise.
