        I have had problems from day one with this bank and it's app I went -70 cents and my account was closed the manager kept telling me he would reopen it and never did I was totally disregarded when all I use this account for is paying my bills I feel so under appreciated here going somewhere else

        it takes forever for someone to pick up the phone so you hang up. Then you go to the online which takes forever to load and doesnt give you any info. i snapped a photo to upload a check and though it said success...when i checked again it wasnt there. about to close this account
