Although service can be a little slow during peak times... I have found them to be hassle free and reliable. Personally, I don't use their bill pay service but I've witnessed many pay their utilities through them.

I recall sometime in 2015 when I would purchase my checks or money orders from pay-o-matic 1588 Fulton street Brooklyn NY 11213 How ghetto is these poor lowdown neighborhood cashiers There was one particular check cashier who was not only unprofessional but she had spirit on her between Tom boy and lesbianism dirty blond hair very boyish your looking girl was very unprofessional how could you have a job and be so ghetto she would yell out to me your welcome because I didn't react to her ignorant behind I've noticed this with quite a few lazy Hispanic girls working at these cashiers places and sometime a sister or two But I'm guessing maybe some of these CEO are white guys put in those positions and then they hire some ghetto girls train them a bit and now this Tom boyish cashier is no longer working there and she was a lair on top of that because I was trying to get debit card and the lesbian made it extremely difficult for me to get the card But they they still have some ghetto workers there like this young dude and some young girls that don't want to work bottom line a lot of these cashiers are lazy and need to be monitored

Unprofessional ghetto acting cashier one particular girl that used to work there about a year go dirty blond hair was not only a liar but she acted unprofessional ghetto as well as ignorant supervisors need to monitor these cashiers she lied to me several times when i applied for a debit card at the store and was very loud talking on the phone and wasn't doing her job Now this other guy that work s there bottom line I've seen it where these cashiers are just lazy and refused to work instead of doing their jobs Jut this past Saturday I purchased two money orders and only one cashier was open and the line had about four people waiting and more customers was coming in How unprofessional It's always a problem with these ghetto cashiers I'm sorry to say and CEO they obviously don't care it's sad as customers we shouldn't have to deal with unprofessional indviduals
