Went to this facility this morning with an elderly parent. The check in was seamless and the phlebotomist was compassionate and very proficient. Thank you.

The staff here (at least today) werent very friendly as the ones that assisted me before. I guess it my fault for not knowing that my insurance card had to be present just to drop off a specimen( yet I didnt need it when I first needed to pick up the kit). The lady that assisted me came out through the door and started asking me for my insurance card instead of calling me to the front desk where there is privacy. Any questions you ask a patient has to be in privacy independent of other patients

Ada was amazing yesterday she was quick and friendly. Some people have trouble getting my vein the first try and she did it with ease. Painless and quick.

After having problems at Quest labs, I went to Lab Corp on Ralph Avenue. With no appointment, the woman at the desk was extremely helpful, sent me in the back for blood work in five minutes. The phlebotomist was wonderful and painless. The entire staff gets my highest recommendation and sincere thanks.
