        UPDATE: the names of the employees that assisted me are: Rogers, Alexis and Mac B that assisted me a couple of weeks ago. Also, Cameron was really nice too when I came to drop off my rental today. I forgot to get the name of the driver from New York who drove me to pick up my car, he also picked me up last time, but again he was great as well and we had great convos both times; hes hilarious!** I had a great experience with the employees at this location today. I was very appreciative of them for accommodating me and willing to make sure I was happy with my rental. I wished I got out all of their names but the employees that were there (11am-12:30) from the driver from NY that took me from the auto shop to Enterprise to the lady and the two gentlemen that assisted me; all of them were great!

        Great service, great people, great experience. It does not matter how many people are in line, the staff understands how to keep the customers flowing. The branch manager leads the team greatly, and his entire team does well. They even went over the top and took me to work after I dropped my car off ! I was blown away by the service, but not surprised because its the same thing every time I go to this branch. I Wouldnt be surprised if this was the top branch in Alabama. Only gripe I have is that the branch manager is Tuskegee Alum and I went to Alabama State! Bu really, this is a great establishment and if you want honest people who respect your time, go here.

        My experience at Enterprise was A+! Due to my truck being repaired and not being ready as I was originally told, I had to keep extending my rental and Enterprise did it for me with no problem and no questions asked. I received the exact vehicle that I reserved and they transported me to pick up the rental and to pick up my vehicle after it was repaired! I've never had any issues with renting a car from Enterprise.
