      image Would be 0 if possible. Im not from here and maybe it's my beliefs from home but I went in with excruciating pain on my appendix side sat there for 3 hours without being called or checked on people coming in showing no pain or anything getting called back quick. Took all I had not to cuss them as I walked out

      image No compassion. No HIPAA consideration. Doctors and nurses speaking loudly in the hallways to patients about private health information. Excuses after excuse for pitiful care. No one has even checked my vital signs in the past 9 hours! Unfortunately, there is not one single decent ER in Beaumont! I could have driven to Houston, been treated, and been back home but instead, I have been sitting in a hard plastic chair for over 10 hours and still have not seen a physician. I would love to leave but I am determined to get some kind of treatment before I do. I'm still just as uncomfortable and miserable sick as I was when I walked in.
