Brake Check

I have typically avoided going to car maintenance/repair facilities as much as possible because the experience has always felt contentious with prices that are too high, "recommended" services that are not necessary, long wait times, etc. But my experience with this location of Brake Check was one of the most pleasant automotive maintenance experiences I have ever had. It started from the moment I walked through the door. I came in and requested a brake fluid flush. The first question out of the mouth of the manager was to ask why I even needed that; essentially making sure I wasn't wasting my time/money, and that I had good reason for wanting the service. Every single person I interacted with, from the manager to the technicians were all positive and friendly. When the job was thought to be completed, after a quick test drive, they proactively insisted that they take some time to do it better. I left with my brakes feeling strong and precise, feeling like I had gotten a great value for my money, and most of all feeling like I had just dealt with a set of people who I would be happy to bring my business to again.

Fair, fast, and friendly! I told them what was going on, they told me how much it would cost, and how long it will take and they were spot on on both estimates. Ive been going here now for a few years, and I see no reason to go somewhere else. Thanks guys!! Service: Brake service & repair
