Here at 3:51 PM, sign says closes at 4:00 and the gate is around the desk and the door is locked. Thanks for wasting my time. Love how its the Weve got you Guaranteed Store might as well call it the we got lazy and called it an early day store. Hope whoever is paying these employees sees this and checks their time sheets and doesnt pay them for the extra time they werent here. Three customers pulled up since I pulled in all looking confused at why the store is closed early.

I received poor customer service on Tuesday, September 5, 2023. The young girl (Jordan) that attended to my shipment was rude and didn't show a willingness to help. The older woman (Barbara) working along side the girl only offered excuses when made aware of the unprofessionalism and unwillingness to help the customer. Today, I called and spoke with the store manager/ owner (Michael) and was offered an apology, but also was given the excuse of, "after the holiday it's usually really busy, but I apologize and will speak with her." There is NEVER a reason to be unprofessional and not be prepared to assist the customer when you're in a position of customer service.

UPS store 4261 has the best customer service each time I visit, no matter who is on duty! The level of patience and guidance they have with their customers is astounding!

This is hands down the best UPS store in the area. The staff are friendly, go out of their way to be helpful, and theyre super efficient. Just this week, I slipped in there right at closing time with a ton of amazon returns. All the labels had gotten mixed up, it took way past closing to sort it all out, and the kind lady with reddish hair calmly helped me through it all. Just one example from a long list of outstanding service experiences from this location. Love this place!
