My first time experiencing this place! I had a high floor and was able to view the street below and other tall buildings in the area. I guess they don't expect you to have leftovers of anything so there was no microwave or refrigerator. Lol... So I made sure I ate everything for the two days I was there. They had a steamer to use for your clothes. I'll be the first to admit, I'd never used one before. First time for everything! The experience of luxurious accommodations! The sheets and bed were amazing!!
Rooms: Very nice rooms. Bathtub was deep. Just don't expect a microwave or refrigerator.
Nearby activities: Right near Lennox Mall and a few other options to eat at.
Walkability: You can walk to the mall and nearby restaurants.
Food & drinks: The food at Americano restaurant was delicious. A bit on the high end but that's to be expected! It is ATL. Lol

Overall a really disappointing experience, can't believe that it's somehow an Amex Fine Hotel, and will not be coming back.
The restaurant is clearly understaffed, and while the staff are all incredibly pleasant, not being able to handle a breakfast crowd and having to encourage customers to order takeout due to the extensive waiting time for a table for breakfast is less than ideal.
Tried to eat breakfast this morning and the hostess was telling people to either plan for at least a 15-20 minute wait, or, to order takeout and eat in the lobby. The person who ordered before me had been waiting 20+ minutes on her food and it was clear that they were not staffed to handle the number of customers they had.
For a place that charges a $30/night resort fee, you don't feel like you're getting much. The jacuzzi wasn't working this morning and was only 60 degrees.
Also, be sure to review your bill as I was charged for a $30 overage on my credits and also have a $130 pending charge. Disappointing stay considering the price tag and the only real redeeming thing was that the staff was incredibly friendly.
