I had the pleasure of working with Alaina Harvey. She was very informative about the apartment. I changed my mind at the last minute and she was ok with it. The complex is a nice size. I love my new place. Front office was very helpful.

When I had an emergency at 2am I called chris and he answered and came over right away and got the issue solved right then and there.

I only moved in to the complex just recently, however thus far the experience has been great. The location is excellent, and despite being in such a central location the atmosphere is very peaceful. That said, I am primarily writing this review now to commend the staff in the leasing office. Alaina Harvey did an exceptional job of assisting us with our specific situation -- she was very understanding of the complications that can come with moving and went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as smooth as possible for us, even before we made any sort of commitment. She was always very responsive to our questions and did everything she could to help find the perfect apartment for us, which I am now very happy with. We are very grateful for all of Alaina's help (the caliber of which we encountered nowhere else on our apartment hunt), and would very much recommend anyone looking for a new home in the area to consider this location.
