Went in during their GOOB sale. Horrible customer service. The clerk just kept rolling his eyes at us and sighing when trying to explain what we were looking for. He was a horrible person, would give this place a ZERO if I could.

Tom did an amazing job creating a custom engagement ring for my fiancee! We returned for my wedding band, and will be working with him again to create her wedding band. Would recommend highly to anyone!

Both the rings shown were designs mark did for me and my husband. The ruby was my engagement ring. Love it. The green tourmaline eas just a fun ring with the stone i had won in a silent auction. Mark is so easy to work with great design problem solver. He provided a lifetime of custom jewelry for my family. Happy retirement, Mark!
