Gold n Gems

I brought my ring here to be resized a size bigger, the ring has two thin silver bands but I was reassured it would be fine, got it back and noticed it looked a little different but never resizing a ring before i wasn't exactly sure what to expect. Everything was fine until 2 weeks later one of the bands broke. I did some research on resizing and i think they did the cheaper way of stretching the band instead of welding an extra piece of silver on which made the bands weaker and change shape.So i brought it back to the store and told them that one band has broken and the other band looked more thin than usual so they took it overnight to reweld it. When i picked it up i could tell where they fixed it and it didn't look like they did a great job but i was so done i just left it alone...now less than a week after that the other band has broken and i am very upset. I have had this ring almost 4 years and it has so much valual to me i regret ever doing business with this place and will try to find another place to properly fix it so i hopefully don't have to replace it which will break my heart
